The hotel itself is stylish and charming, with its own character. Rooms are simple but have a distinctive touch, and the highlight is definitely the SPA- very aesthetic, and truly “Instagrammable.” However, my experience was overshadowed by a very unpleasant situation with a gift voucher. Using it turned into several days of proving that it was valid- the hotel itself had issued the voucher without a registration number, but once I tried to use it, they said they could not accept it because it had no registration number. The responsibility for their own mistake was shifted onto me. The administrator asked for payment confirmation, details of buyer and other questions- I provided everything what they asked! yet there was no resolution – they still insisted that vouchers without numbers were invalid. Only after the hotel director was contacted was the issue finally resolved. Instead of a simple apology, I was told that the director had made an “exception” allowing my stay (I was “exceptionally” permitted to use the €200 voucher that had been paid directly to the hotel) Neither at check-in nor at check-out did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, the SPA was excellent and the hotel has potential, but this experience was deeply disappointing. It’s strange and discouraging that such an attitude toward customers still exists. The SPA is worth a visit, but I would not recommend buying gift vouchers here, as they clearly lack a proper process for managing them. What’s worse- being a rightful customer made to feel as if I was trying to take advantage of something I wasn’t entitled to, and leaving without a single word of apology is something I’ll remember far longer than the stay itself.

Excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a family room. A really nice breakfast and the spa facilities were top class.

Not sure where to start. Rooms have no ventilation, the heat was overwhelming and not regulated, around +28C, had to keep windows open to sleep. 6am garbage truck came to pick up garbage. Thanks for the early wake up call at 6am! The sauna receptionist was so rude to us. Started screaming at us because we missed her “instructions” on how to correctly enter the sauna area. Horrible. Never again.
