Such nice hospitality! Donella and Paulo were really welcoming and room and toilet, the whole house was mint condition. Very friendly people and enjoyed the homy breakfast. Paulo prepared 4 different kind of homemade cakes which you feel really treated! We stayed only a night but it’s nice comfortable, calm, laid back place that you can stay here for awhile and see the region around. Thanks a lot

Very nice rural house. Very quiet, clean, with modern bathrooms. Delicious breakfast. Charming hosts. We return every year since 2019 on our way south to Calabria. Highly recommend.

It was very pleasant stay, Donella's husband Paolo was super helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations and we visited all of them and did not regret even a single one. Room was clean and it felt right at home. It really was a true Italian experience. Their home is simply amazing, clean and exactly how you would expect an Italian home to be. Paolo in general is very nice to guests, was waiting for us at the breakfast table, he made sure everything was perfect and really is one of the nicest people I have ever met. 100% recommend staying, the price was also very good, if we ever visit Arezzo, Sansepolcro or Tuscany in general, we are definitely staying there again!!! P.S They also have a cat named Teo, and this little guy is so cute and now I myself even want one like him, he likes to be picked up and chill on your shoulder, he likes to rub his cute face on you and is very loving.
