giulia zappa
We had such a great stay at this bed and breakfast in June. It's only about a 30-minute train ride from Vatican City and very easy to get to by train and bus. Even though it's close to Rome, coming back at the end of the day felt like escaping to a little island of paradise-quiet, green, and so peaceful. There are about six rooms, all with private bathrooms and (very important:) air conditioning. Coming from the U.S., having AC was a must, since many places in Rome don't have it. They also have a small suite with two bedrooms and one bathroom, which was perfect for our family. We could close the main door and still have our bedrooms connected through a hallway, without having to lock separate rooms. The property is a beautiful farm run by Giorgio, who was always around and happy to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts was the farm-to-table agriturismo restaurant right on the property. After long days of sightseeing, it was amazing to have dinner there and just relax while watching them make fresh ricotta and mozzarella.
Giulia Mura
The property is very new and clean, surrounded by nature, yet well-connected to the city center, thanks to the "La Giustiniana" station, a fifteen-minute walk away, which allows you to reach the Vatican in about twenty minutes. The hosts are very helpful and hospitable; the food they provide is often locally sourced, and there's a farm just steps from the front door. Highly recommended!
Maria Codarcea
Casa Mario is suitable for a few days of accommodation if you want to visit Rome, the location is close to the train station, and their restaurant offers exactly what you need for an Italian-style dinner. For those from Romania, the biggest advantage is that the staff speaks Romanian and you have all their support. Thank you for a pleasant experience and we highly recommend it!
