Cae Du Campsite

The location is amazing placed right on the coast. It was really calming hearing the waves at night. Initially greeted by female staff she was kind and told us to go straight to camp. The male owner was however not very approachable or friendly. They keep themselves to themselves. There is wood available to buy for the fire pit. Can take walk down the pebbly beach. Facilities- men had 2 showers and 2 toilets with 2 urinals. Not adequate. The camp had around 50 tents and the showers or toilets just weren’t enough. The women had more showers and toilets. Definitely needs more showers when the rush comes you can’t have a shower or you’re waiting for ages. The men’s shower as you walk in I put £2 in the shower lasted around 4 minutes. Not enough time. Women’s side got much longer with just one £1. Overall really good location nice tranquil retreat. Owners not the most friendly.

Fantastic getaway camping site, located right on the sea front. Clean toilets and wash areas. Friendly and helpful hosts. They sell some very tasty lamb burgers reasonably priced along with bags of firewood to use on the fire pits. I'll definitely be back in the near future.

Amazing site, pure beautiful views. I was lucky enough to be parked right next to the beach and wished I could have stayed longer. The owners are lovely too. Very happy, pleasant place to stay. Will be going back again ASAP.
