A Truly Magical Hilltop Castle Retreat Set 800 feet high atop a mountain and surrounded by acres of pristine nature reserve, this castle hotel offers an experience like no other. The views are absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect vantage point to observe the diverse birds and wildlife that thrive in this untouched paradise. For years, I’ve returned to this magical haven with small groups who truly appreciate its peacefulness, natural beauty, and historic charm. The tranquility here is unmatched — a rare combination of fresh, clean air, crystal-clear water, and unspoiled trails that stretch for miles. The castle itself has been beautifully and sympathetically restored, preserving its rich history while offering comfort and charm. The staff are always warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making each stay feel like coming home. One of my favorite parts is the roof terrace — an ideal spot for morning stretches with my groups as the sun rises over the surrounding landscape. It’s moments like these that make this place feel truly special. Highly recommended for nature lovers, history enthusiasts, or anyone in search of peace and inspiration. I will continue to return, again and again.

The rural houses where I stayed (as mentioned by others) are in very poor condition. They are completely in need of renovation, with broken and rusty furniture. There was a small heater that barely managed to warm the room.The Wi-Fi in the room worked very poorly
