Warm welcome when we arrived and dinner was simple but good price/quality ratio. However, the breakfast waitress was really rude and there is a humidity problem in the room

Recently I’ve stayed in your hotel with a group. Friendly personnel, good food. They have enough options if you can’t est everything due to a allergy, diet or intolerance. Cosy hotel. I’m deducting two stars, because of the following issues: Issue one: bad wifi in the hotel. Only in the lobby, near the reception, or a hotelroom above the lobby or reception, you have good wifi. In the rest of the hotel (dining area, rooms not above the reception and lobby) you have barely to none wifi. Issue two: I have slept in room 27. Nice room. Some of the light switches didn’t have a function. The lamp on the wall near the bed didn’t have a bulb. There was no tv remote in the room Issue three: the two lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work. One of them was hanging by it’s wires. If that fails, I’m sure the falling light will shatter the glass plate under the mirror (or damage it severely), and probably damage the sink as well.
