Very cozy, clean, beautifully and thoughtfully designed. LUX rooms also have soft carpeted floors, which makes them feel even cozier. Guests can use the bicycles, barbecue, pizza oven, children’s playground, coffee machine. Parking lot is included. The only thing missing was a waste-sorting solution, but apart from that — perfect. And not to forget the location — you’re practically in the dunes, just steps away. Huge compliments to the host as well — very kind, always available and helpful.

+ kids playground in the middle (easy to watch children play) + officially no parties allowed / silence after 10pm + free coffee machine + comparatively new building/flats + room has AC, Outside games (table tennis etc) + beach, restaurants and grocery store close by - close to street (occasionally loud noise level at nighttime) - on some occasions could have been a bit cleaner (still used cigarettes on balcony etc) - you have to buy your own toilet paper

Good location. Less noise from the city. most rooms are towards inner yard. A path to the sea is near. A path for a walk/run/drive is also near. Restaurants are near. Have big inner yard for kids to play or grill something in kamado. Parking lot is included. Flat is new, have air conditioning. Wifi is quite weak, on TV can watch television, youtube, netflix. Interior is quite nice. Bikes, e-scooters is uncluded. Can wash a laundry. Nice service overall.
