Amazing location, great views and all together good hotel with amazing wellness and saunas. Our room was also spacious and well equiped. Unfortunately we had horrible experience with rude staff who seemed annoyed by our presence. This takes the experience from five to three stars.

I spent ten days for a business trip here and must say I liked it. My room was big and comfortable with tasteful furniture. Unfortunately the wall wasn't completely painted , I don't expect that in an upscale hotel. The staff was friendly but could be a little more attentive sometimes. The breakfast hours could be longer. The location is great!

This is an exceptional hotel in the beautiful Tirol. This beauteous area is perfect for relaxing and having a rest for those who love the clean mountain air. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very helpful and kind. My favourite thing is the sauna at the ground floor. You have to try it!
