My room was great! So beautifully decorated and comfortable, I loved every bit of it. People were very kind and helpful even before I checked in, I was amazed and the included breakfast was very good. As per location I found it perfect as it is "on the line" between the historical centre of Ostuni and the new town so you can easily go for a walk wherever you want! I can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Room doesn’t look like the picture (very small and smeely) lot of noise with the breakfast and the people entrance in the building. Check out at 10:30 then make you pay 25€ of charge if you stay more than one hour after check out time. The jacuzzi was privatise so we couldn’t use it as we wanted. Deception.

The reception and assistance of the guest receptionist was miserable. We wanted an invoice, which was denied. The air-conditioning was not working and only after our complaint by telephone (the young lady who received us without explanation after 5 minutes was no longer available in person) was it finally switched on. The unqualified staff is very grumpy. We travel a lot, but this dwelling (or perhaps better the staff) is definitely not recommended .... OUR EXPERIENCE: We were a group of six and reserved three rooms. The stairs to reach them are so narrow that it is an adventure to reach them without getting hurt, unless you are a gnome or a child. No one helps with carrying the luggage and no one is there if you need anything or an interlocutor. Six paying people all dissatisfied (no one would recommend the resort, that speaks for itself!). The bedroom with the swimming pool was uninhabitable from the penetrating stench of chlorine. The Jacusi proposed as a spa is not accessible because it is booked (advertised that it can be used, but in reality it is not possible). Same for the terrace almost inaccessible with narrow spiral stairs made for gnomes or only for children. Miss Silvia (receptionist) replied here on google (always very politely) that I was not able to operate the air conditioning ... but if they mount an air conditioner behind metal bars (which prevent contact with the remote control) so as a guest you have to know the exact angle to turn on and off the air conditioning, I have to know it, or it has to be explained in person (with incomprehensible English) and not on reminder by phone. Running away after handing over the keys and being rude if a guest politely asks for support speaks for itself, it is your job you are paid for, not mine. If you read the reviews well, I am not the only one complaining about the structure and reception .... only that the real reviews are covered up by the fake (clearly perfect) written to cover up the real feedback. YOU ARE A SHAME FOR THE CATEGORY which I can only justify with arrogance of a young age. Learn manners before criticising a paying customer who only describes their experiences in your location.
