Very dirty, the hallway was cluttered with various trash, mattress and pillow covers from other rooms, boxes of dishes, etc. The receptionist (Eric) was incredibly unpleasant and made it clear that if we weren't happy, we should go somewhere else, saying he wasn't going to build us an entire building just to please us—a phrase he repeated about ten times. In short, we'll come back to Cauterets, but certainly not to NEMEA... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
