The location is very good, very close to metro station and facing El Corte Inglês. That’s the only benefit for my stay, unfortunately. The reception staff who was a young girl spoke to me rather cold, rude and unfriendly that check-in time was too early, when I arrived and asked for check-in. Waiting 30 min to check-in time then she assigned a room with broken door, which is really hard to open and needs lords of power to open. The room inside was too hot with sunlight, no option to cool it down as they cut AC cost. I asked to change the room. Another guy who was much kinder dealt with it then I got another room, which had REALLY strong scent inside (You can easily get a headache for sure). Overall, this hotel has good location that’s all. I’ll never go back again.
Hangry Traveller
This hotel does the job for a short stay. Rooms are basic but neat and tidy, with a fridge, TV, safe, and private bathroom. The configurable ambient lighting is a fun extra, and the beds are comfy, though the fold-up frames are a bit noisy. Soundproofing isn’t great, so you’ll likely hear noise from the hallway or neighbouring rooms. The front desk staff didn’t give much of a warm welcome and felt a little unfriendly during our stay. On the plus side, the all-day coffee is great. The buffet is fine, but I’d recommend spending that money at one of the local cafés nearby.

Professional and considered staff, modern design, great soundproofing, good location, not sure what else to add. Maybe the cleanest hotel I stayed at. Only issue is a bit confusing car parking location and access. But it is easy to find using Google Street View, then just temporary stop at a bus stop while checking in, and it is a breeze from there.
