Vegan B&B in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The property is an 11th century monastery that was converted into a Counts hunting lodge, then into a farmhouse, now the current B&B. Set in 25acres of woods and fields your can take a stroll down the old Roman road, that still has original stones, or sit and relax on the covered terrace and take in the views. Only about 30 min to beautiful historic Gubbio, and about 30-40 min to Perugia. Plus.. there is a lake going in the whole valley just behind the property, so pretty soon it will be lake front... Swimming anyone!? A truly lovely place! Janice is amazing a great conversationalist and a truly gifted chef! Wonderful food!

Fantastic old monastery on the Assisi trail. The food is amazing- with the best tomato soup ever. It’s perfect after a day out in Umbria. It’s between Assisi and Gubio. I loved everything about this place and will always make a point to visit whenever I’m in Italy.
