We had an absolutely magical time at The Omnia. Zermatt is already an incredible destination — especially in mid-February — but what truly made our short vacation unforgettable was our stay at this exceptional hotel The Omnia!! The property itself is beautifully modern, with high-quality amenities and a stunning room offering breathtaking views. Above all, the level of service was genuinely five-star. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. From the reception staff — who made both check-in and check-out smooth and welcoming — to their thoughtful recommendations and assistance with restaurant reservations and activity planning, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The restaurant team was equally outstanding: warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, always ensuring that every detail was perfect. We had the pleasure of experiencing the hotel’s five-course dinner menu, which was simply delicious. We were honestly surprised to learn that the chef does not yet hold a Michelin star — in our opinion, it is well deserved. And perhaps the highlight of each day, after enjoying the mountains, was the spa. The outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi, with a direct view of the majestic Matterhorn, created a truly magical atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at The Omnia in Zermatt as part of my 40th birthday trip, and while it was definitely a splurge, it was absolutely worth it. From the minute you arrive, you can feel that the staff is there to make sure you have everything you need. That level of service is truly what you are paying for, and The Omnia delivers on it in every way. The team was incredibly helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay, making the experience feel seamless and special. The hotel itself is stunning. Its unique location above the town — accessed by the private elevator — gives you incredible views, including unreal views of the Matterhorn. It feels peaceful and exclusive while still being right in the center of Zermatt. The rooms were beautifully appointed and very large by European standards, which we really appreciated. One small call-out — and definitely not a complaint — is that while the bathroom was very nice and well designed, it was a bit tight and really only comfortable for one person at a time. The included breakfast may be the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced. There were endless pastry options along with an excellent à la carte menu that was consistently outstanding. The ski room was another big plus, giving me a place to store gear and dry wet clothes without bringing everything back to the room. The real showstopper, though, was the spa area — the pool, hot tub, and relaxation facilities were incredible. After a morning on the mountain, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. I can’t say enough about the staff and how attentive and welcoming they were. This truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and The Omnia played a huge role in making it feel that way. Highly recommended if you are looking for a special stay in Zermatt.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Really close to everything with incredible views of Matterhorn. The room we had was enormous! We had a separate lounge area and huge outdoor balcony. The room came with a free mini bar and bourbon that was replenished each day. Service was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent too. Would def recommend this hotel.
