Càmping Can Fosses

I was hiking the GR11 when I had to stop at the campsite to sort out a few issues. Everyone there — the owners and staff — was very polite and helpful, and they assisted me in every way they could. I’m grateful to them and I highly recommend this place!

Up a steep hill above the village of Planoles. Big shady tent pitches. Great staff. Very good toilets and showers/ washing up/ washing machines etc. the village is lovely. Two small but good shops, a tapas bar and restaurant and a community owned and run bar which is the heart of the village. On the Trainline between Barcelona and Latour de Carol. 4 trains each way per day (Ribbes is well worth a visit). Recommended

Loved this campsite. Facilities immaculate and well stocked bar/cafe. Friendly staff who were happy for me to use my Spanish. Great location for walking routes of varying difficulty. Information leaflets in games/tv room or from cultural centre in nearby Pianoles.
