Please note that this review concerns only the food&wine, because we just searched for a dinner place for Fundue in the Le Brassus area and found upon this place. First of all, if i could give 6 stars, this restaurant totally deserves it! Best traditional fondue ever! And let me tell you the home made meat and speck platter is OUT OF THiS WORLD. Sooooo delicious!!! Special thanks for the waiter, who was very attentive and knowledgeable even though we came on the season opening day with many other guests around. 10/10 an absolute MUST when you are in the watch valley. Last, try the local white wine recommended by our waiter Coteau de Vincy, excellent match for the fondue. Thank you so much for the great experience!

I have not stayed in the hotel, it looks OK and the location is great to explore the Jura mountains. I Stopped there for something to drink and I find it a bit "old fashioned" not to accept bankcards for payments less than 10 chf... Come on, we're in 2022 not 1996! Luckily I had some cash and got some cold liquid 😊
