Hotel Talblick

This hotel could easily have received a 5/5 from us, unfortunately we have to give a bad review for the customer service, more specifically the policy. I hope the management can read this and take it as an opportunity to improve the hotel. We also realize our case was very specific, but that doesn't take away this is an honest review from our side. Long story short: We had leftover food we wanted to heat up in the late evening from a Michelin restaurant we've been at. When asking if we could heat up our food, it was refused, as they were afraid we would damage or steal kitchen equipment, in such were denied access to the kitchen and were basically told "Your room doesn't have a microwave oven, so too bad for you". We've pleaded with them, which didn't help. So we had no choice to throw away our delicious food. My advice policy wise for the management would be to focus more on 'customer first policies', especially as no staff is present anymore in the late evening and to trust the customer, instead of looking at us as potential kitchen thieves.

super comfortable and modern apartment. 2 spacious bedrooms, good bed linen. very clean! the kitchen is equipped with modern and high-quality kitchen utensils. breakfast for 7.50 euros is wonderful - fresh pastries, eggs, vegetables, fruits, sausage. cheese, yoghurts!

It is a clean and nice hotel in a quiet location, I would like to thank the hotel management from here
