I've done an half-board reservation by phone. When arrived, they claimed my reservation doesn't include dinner. Even though I explained I did ordered a dinner, they disdain my claim and didn't took any responsibility for their mistake while questioning my credibility. Given that dinner is served as a boufet, it could be resolved easily, but they didn't care for the customers enough. I wasn't the only one with the same problem there, so it might be a method to attract hikers. Just avoid it. In the same walking distance you have the Auzat.

The holiday village is very well located and the staff are really friendly, kind, and helpful. You feel welcome and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, for a price of around €1500 per week all-inclusive, the services don't live up to the price. No housekeeping is done in the rooms during your stay except for a towel change mid-stay and a quick clean of the toilets. The buffet (the food is decent and tasty, though) is quite limited in choice, and overall the services offered are restricted. This leaves the impression of a pleasant stay, but one that's too expensive for what's actually included. It's a real shame because the place is really nice; I think a reorganization or a price adjustment is in order. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this holiday village given the excessive price. Best of luck.
