CAMPING RUDI

We stayed at Camping Rudi from **15th to 18th August**, attracted by its great location and facilities in the beautiful Lechtal Valley. The campsite itself is well-maintained, with good amenities, and we had no issues with the pitches or cleanliness. However, our experience was severely impacted by the owner’s poor customer service. Originally, we booked two small tent pitches for three people and paid a €100 deposit. Unfortunately, one of our friends had to cancel due to personal reasons, so I emailed the campsite on 27th July to explain and cancel the second pitch. I received no response. Upon arrival, I politely informed the owner that we no longer needed the second pitch (without even asking for a refund), but he responded **rudely, telling us, You better go back now. When I reminded him about my unanswered email, he simply ignored me. Despite this unwelcoming attitude, we stayed due to the weather and even paid an extra €21 when leaving early. While the campsite itself is nice, the lack of communication and hostile treatment made our stay uncomfortable. Good for facilities, but poor hospitality. Would not return due to the owner’s attitude.

Really nice small campsite next to the Lech River. Sanitary building is A++. Owner is very accommodating and takes pride in providing a nice experience. Prices on par with other campsites in the area but here you get what you pay for. Bread can be ordered each day, other provisions should be done before arriving, it's a small town.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAMPSITE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner is extremely rude and obnoxious, and racist too. Totally unwelcoming. I would advise you to take great care if you go to this campsite, as the owner will likely berate you and humiliate you for no good reason at all. If you want to have a calm, peaceful holiday, find another campsite. Do not spend your hard-earned money at this place. There are many better campsites in the area.
