Le Casite

A lovely B&B, a characteristic local building, lovingly renovated, just a few kilometers from the Slovenian border. Our room was very nice. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of breads, jams, sweet and savory treats, homemade yogurt, juices, etc. Alessandro and his wife are two very friendly people who make you feel at home. A special treat: the travel guides written by Alessandro.

If you're in a hurry, if you don't like animals, or if you're just looking for a place to sleep, don't go! If you're interested in immersing yourself in an ancient world, if you enjoy reading, if you're interested in learning about the history of the places you visit, Le Casite is your place. Everything is meticulously cared for, including breakfast. Alessandro and his wife's wit and warmth will keep you company throughout your stay, and I guarantee you'll make some new friends by the end. The location is also excellent for exploring the area.

Rustic yet well-maintained rooms. The atmosphere is authentic, replete with history, tradition, love, and respect for the local area. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and his stories transform your stay into a truly immersive experience, revealing the deepest aspects of the local culture. P.S.: The booklets written by the owners and made available to guests are definitely worth checking out. Excellent breakfast!
