We fell in love with this place! It is such a lovely house on a beautiful spot. It has many bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It is very clean and the family that owns the place are very nice and hospitable people, without being intrusive. They were available at any time. The last bit of street is a bit bumpy but definitely worth it. The small town next to it is a medieval highlight. We would like to go back there any time soon.

A wonderful stay in an exceptional location. The views are magnificent, overlooking both the Tuscan vineyards and the towers of San Gimignano. The house is lovely. The bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are spacious and clean. The house is well-equipped. The beautiful swimming pool was regularly maintained during our stay. The owner and his family are friendly and very responsive. Angiolo was even kind enough not to charge us for the heating we used a little during our week. Many thanks, we will gladly return!

A truly beautiful place, completely surrounded by greenery and with a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. The immaculately clean house has five double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom—a huge plus—a kitchen and living room with a fireplace that can easily handle the maximum number of guests, while the private pool adds a touch of comfort that's perfect for spending an afternoon relaxing. The owners are extremely kind and flexible with check-in/check-out times. For a group vacation, this is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone given the value for money.
