B&B Aria The B&B is part of a large home. Our room had a very, very comfortable king size bed, with new linens and towels. The large, well equipped washroom was located across the hall from the room. Notably, the large shower had outstanding water pressure and apparently unlimited hot water. It was easily the best shower we’ve encountered on our trip so far - a real treat. There is a beautiful back garden with comfortable seating, including a shaded area. If you’re a dog lover the bonus here is that Massimiliano - the B&B host - will introduce his beautiful German Shepherd, who will happily accept cuddles and petting (*there is a second dog, who we didn’t meet). The breakfast was very generous and included hot spinach and ricotta rolls, cold cuts, cheese, croissant, cold cereal, yogurt, excellent cappuccino and juice. Finally, Massimiliano is a very gracious host. We had a long conversation after breakfast, and he very generously drove us to the train station because one of us had developed a nasty blister on one foot. There are a couple of things to be aware of. First, the property is located in a commercial area (which grew up around Massimiliano’s family home) and is adjacent to a somewhat busy roadway. If you’re walking (as we were) and want to go into the town centre there is a portion of the road you have to walk with no sidewalks. Do-able, but you do have to take extra care with the traffic. However, once you're inside everything is quiet and calm, and the garden provides a truly relaxing setting. Second, if the dogs are outside when you arrive they will bark at the gate. While we’re dog lovers this was a little unnerving, but Massimiliano leashed them and took them inside before opening the gate. Overall, great value for money. Definitely recommended.

The place was spotless clean, the breakfast was a delight to eat, Massimo the host was so helpful, the pool was a pleasure to use especially during the hot weather, cannot fault anything about this place, will definitely visit again.

I stayed at the B&B Aria for five nights, caring for a loved one hospitalized in the nearby hospital. I highly recommend it for many reasons: the cleanliness and pleasantness of the spaces, the hospitality, warmth, and kindness of the owners. Its location is absolutely advantageous for those who need to be close to the hospital. Finally, I would like to emphasize the great flexibility and understanding I received, compared to a stay that was constantly updated based on the medical staff's daily recommendations. Thank you.
