Rusty Sheds

My partner and I spent a lovely weekend in the Pointy Shed and it was delightful. The fit out and execution of the cabins themselvesis warm and comfortable. The external bath tub got a lot of use with all of the amenities such as timber provided. The cabin is a short walk to a beautiful beach and surrounded by amazing places to visit. We couldn't recommend more highly.

We had a very special stay at Curvy celebrating our Dad’s 60th. It was the perfect space for a cosy celebration, and Izzy made it extra special by putting up balloons and bunting, just an hour before we arrived after my super last minute request!! We enjoyed the roaring fire, gorgeous hot tub and walking along the coastline. Thank you so much for making this such a memorable stay!

I've stayed at The Rusty Cabins on the Flete Estate three times now, and it's honestly such a lovely place. My first visit was in June/July 2024, then in Christmas 2024 at the Curvy Cabin, and most recently in Christmas 2025 at the Pointy Cabin, each time with my dog. The cabins are cosy, beautifully designed, and really well thought out. Both cabins had their own character but felt equally comfortable and welcoming — especially over Christmas, which was extra special. It's the perfect place to switch off and relax. The setting on the Flete Estate is stunning and so peaceful, with plenty of lovely walks right on the doorstep. My dog absolutely loved it, and it's genuinely one of the most dog-friendly places I've stayed without feeling compromised at all. After visiting in different seasons, I can confidently say it's somewhere I'd happily return to again and again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm, cosy escape in Devon.
