Bella Panzio Praid

Restaurant has the slowest service I've ever experienced, double the price of any other similar restaurant in the country. Ordered one menu, received two, language barrier could be the culprit here, Romanian is not the area's first language.

Kids menu is awfull. Chicken nuggets is fried chicken paste in somewhat old oil with fries and ketchup. really?!?! The food my family and I tried is not great but just barely acceptable. I don't know about accommodation and the rest but I don't recommend the food.

The food is very good tasty, the portions are quite small but tasty and the prices are ok, I've been there 3 times while I was in Praid with my family. The service is very poor. Is slow and the soups are not hot, I had to send back to heat it up even if I asked to be super hot when I ordered it, then they forgot to order my main course while they brought food for everyone else. The waitresses were just running around, they didn't even come to the table to ask if everything is OK, not even once. When I stopped one of the waitresses after like 7min, I told her that we are still waiting for another plate of food the lady said "I'm sure that will come too" and run away, she never returned to give an answer. Then the other waitress I stopped said I will have to wait another 20 min for it to be ready while everyone else already finished. I wrote in the complaint book, which is ridiculous is more like a small pocket notebook. They never apologised for anything, very disappointing.
