Au Boeuf Rouge - Restaurant & Auberge Crassier

Stopped off for a bite to eat as a family of 6 and it was the best decision we've made throughout our holiday. We arrived slightly early so we had a drink then they decided to open the kitchen half an hour early for us so the kids could eat. Once our orders had been taken it only took 15 minutes and it was absolutely amazing. It came out hot on heated plates and every single ingredient was as fresh as could be. The staff were brilliant,friendly and so welcoming which made the experience more comfortable. Thank you to all of the staff for such a lovely evening. Most definitely recommended and cant wait to visit again on our next holiday

We very much enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful auberge. Centrally located in the charming village of Crassier, Au Boeuf Rouge offers a first-class dining experience specializing in delicious Lebanese fare, clean and comfortable accommodations with breakfast included, and most notably, a staff that uniformly embodies the concept of true hospitality. The warm and friendly treatment we received truly made us feel at home. Proprietors Lucien and Jalal spare no effort to make guests feel special.

The food and the service were amazing, very friendly and professional.
