While the residence is very well located and the staff is very friendly the apartments are quite used and require renovation. The indoor pool is a great advantage as it could be quite cold to swim in the sea. Be careful when taking apartments with a sea view, prefer those on the first floor over the ground floor, as the view could be limited by the private property just in front of the residence.

I have just read the reviews that have been given on this residence and which seem really very nasty to me. We spent two weeks there at the beginning of October. It is true that the apartment is a little old but very clean and we did not notice any problems with breakages or mold. Well equipped with dishes, household appliances (there was no oven, but this is often the case in residences), there was even a dishwasher. The swimming pool is also a little old, but properly heated, we had no complaints even if it is true that we noticed some green marks on the edges. We loved the location on the beach. This little corner of Brittany is magnificent and we explored it far and wide. We loved our vacation and we feel we were well accommodated especially for the price we paid (promotional offer with Carrefour,). The staff is very welcoming and really friendly.
