Our children rented this apartment. It's actually nice, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Coffee spilled down the side of the cupboard; they could have at least wiped it down. The beds were fresh and clean. The bathroom was okay. Almost all the cupboards don't close properly. The ashtray on the terrace was completely full, presumably from the previous occupants. There was only one roll of toilet paper for four people for three days. The floor definitely hadn't been freshly mopped; there were stains everywhere from the previous occupants.

Nice apartment, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Coffee had spilled down the kitchen cupboard, and it looked like someone could have just walked over the cupboards. The bathroom was okay. The ashtray on the terrace was full from the previous occupant. Cupboards wouldn't close, and a lot of things were visible under the cowhide. It needs to be cleaned more often.

We had the room in the basement. The room appears to have been renovated relatively recently, but not everywhere. The entrance door seems very old, and even the slightest noise in the hallway can be heard. The terrace is full of weeds and appears unkempt. There's no ashtray. There's visible mold in the shower (tiles), and the heater in the bathroom is full of dust. But there are also many positives. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is very nice and very well equipped (perhaps a few more cups, glasses, and cutlery would have been beneficial). A modern TV is available. I would have liked to give it 4 stars, but due to the shortcomings, it's impossible.
