A hotel in outskirt of Pisa city ,Italy . The entire hotel is very well maintained and tastefully colored, it's spt3ad accross quite a good space with parking and grass lawns . The place is little remote and one have to walk around 500 meters to get phramacy/groceries etc. The rooms are little small in size ,specially the toilets are too small .

Very close to the highway exit. Don't expect luxury or coziness, but everything was clean and very suitable for a road trip overnight. Breakfast was OK for a three-star hotel. The selection was very small, but there were scrambled eggs and hams and cheeses. Coffee is served in a jug, but you can order fresh coffee from the bar for a fee. Apparently, the level is above average in its category. Very slow internet. The bathroom fan (which works with the lighting) made a very loud noise. The double bed is two beds pushed together and the mattress was uncomfortable, sunken in the middle. Drinking water in the room is available at an additional cost.

The room wasn't cleaned the first day and we had to complaint to have the cleaning service. Fridge not working and I have spoken with 3 persons at the checkin desk three days in a row and nothing. Food is very cheap in the evenings. Not recomandated
