Beautiful camp directly at the soča, it is absolutely well organized and at the same time super cozy. It really feels like a mix of animal crossing and stardew valley. The staff is extremely nice and kind. Also try their delicious cheese, you will not regret!

Looking for a family friendly (trekking) camping? Look no further. Nice playground for the young. Soccer, volleyball / badminton for the young and river acces door all ages. Communal fireplace was excellent. With 'technical' weather it's nice to have a place to get dry and it does build a sense of community sharing a hot fire with marshmallows. The site has two main tent fields and sites for campers. The places for campers look a bit challenging, but we were with a tent on the main field, there is also a more 'private' field. Private in the sense that it's further from all annemities. No cars allowed on either, fine by me. We just had to roll our trailer tent onto the field. Showers are small and limited but time it right, before the hikers get there, and you'll be fine. I never had to wait. Apparently it's a limitation from the National Park. Heard the same story more often. The campsite sells it's own cheese, does meals and freezes your ice blocks. 🛒 Is in the small market further down the road or Bovec. It was a bit difficult deciding on the right campsite in Soča valley and since placed start filling up in April I'm happy we landed here for a reasonable price. (I'm afraid to say for Slovenia good price 😒).

We really loved this campsite. It's in a very beautiful location right next to the Soča River. It's run by a very friendly family. They have a little bar and restaurant with a terrace where you can eat a few local dishes. They also sell sheep cheese from their own sheep (really good!). Every morning and every evening the shepherd passes through the campsite with his herd of sheep, very fun to see! We came with a tent and you can just pick your own spot in the big tent field, lots of shady places under the trees. With a caravan or a camper it's a bit less idilic, because you have to pick a place in the ''parking lot''.
