Blue City Hotel Baden

Great location near to Altstadt and the train station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint was the noise coming from the street into the room. The windows are not very sound proofed.

The staff is extremely friendly and the service was fantastic - they really take their guests into consideration, and the environment as well! The atmosphere and hotel facilities are good, you have everything you need for a short stay right at the hotel. Location is fantastic for easy traveling, as its right next to the train station, and there are hourly trains going directly to the airport. Restaurant seemed chill with a nice backyard, and the food was tasty. However, rooms could be improved a little - beds and pillows and amenities are great, but I found the lightning a little dark, water in the shower wasnt really hot, and the showerheads could do with a change or a deep clean. But overall good experience and will most likely stay here again for work trips to Baden!

The location of the hotel is very good, as it is close to the railway station and not so far from the old town of Basel. There is a quite nice restaurant in the hotel and dinner was just great! Also I loved the breakfast and especially the automated pancake machine 😄 Hotel personal is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are bright, with high ceiling and nice design. The room for improvement is cleanliness, as my fresh bathrobe had some stains on it, but I guess that's the laundry issue and not the hotel. Thank you for the great experience!
