I booked to celebrate my birthday at the end of October. Everything was perfect. The location was amazing, overlooking the Laterza Canyon! The cuisine was made with quality ingredients and perfect pairings. The atmosphere was lovely and the service impeccable! The owner was very kind and friendly. My family was all pleasantly surprised. This pizza is a little twist: the first bite feels like dipping a fork into a plate of penne all'arrabbiata, but in a leavened version. The tomato sauce is intense, vibrant, and slightly spicy, with a well-balanced acidity reminiscent of a freshly made sauce. The mozzarella melts unevenly, creating creamy areas that dampen the tomato fire without ever overpowering it. A drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of parsley complete the picture, while the crust is well-developed, soft on the inside, and with just the right amount of burnt crust that speaks of proper cooking. You can feel a confident hand behind this pizza, and it's no surprise that Valentina, the owner, clearly focuses on clean, sincere, and uncompromising flavors. The experience is made even more enjoyable by the service: Michele, the waiter, is attentive, friendly, and just the right amount of present, capable of making you feel welcome without ever being intrusive. A pizza that doesn't try to imitate pasta, but evokes its soul: bold, authentic, and memorable. One of those that, once you've finished the last slice, already makes you want to come back. 🍕🔥

Very close to the LIPU Oasis and the Gravina di Laterza. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food with a good quality/price ratio.
