Hotel DerAlpenhof

Our winter holiday in the snow. The hotel exceeded expectations. We can certainly only recommend it. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff, followed by a room that would have been harder to fit our dogs in, a request for a bigger room was immediately answered and we were given a lovely room. We appreciate it very much. Then we walk around the area here, where it's quiet and peaceful and there's plenty of snow, and stretched paths where we can march. Wonderful panoramas that captivated us even when viewed from the terrace of the room. Dinner, which has several courses, is wonderful. Breakfast also very tasty. A big plus is the possibility of a trip around the area and for skiers the proximity of nice slopes. Anyway, we are glad for the peace and beautiful surroundings. Thank you very much to the whole team.

Fantastic experience, everything is at it should be for a perfect holiday. Klaus is a fantastic host, always available for assistance and information, half-board was delicious with nice selection of wines and cleaning staff (I need to point out Mirjana) simply outstanding. Very nice rooms and beautiful location.

Austrian authentic style hotel. Smooth check in. Friendly staff. Lots of parking space nearby. Very clean and well decorated. Possibly recently renovated in some parts. Great and all new sauna. The buffer dinner and the one from the menu were average - lack of vegetarian options and expensive for the quality and offer (-). Waiters unable to handle large group of guests (-). Breakfast was good, fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese and enough vegetarian choices. Internet is slow for video calls but ok to check email, basic browsing and audio calls. There's children play room and hobby room. There is also great playground nearby which belongs to the neighbors hotel. Playground has small contact zoo with pigs, rabbits, chickens and goats.
