Jägerhof Hotel & Apartements

A truly wonderful stay. This is a great hotel with a very familiar, welcoming atmosphere. The owner is incredibly kind and attentive, making you feel more like a guest in their home than a customer in a hotel. Everything was well taken care of, from the comfortable rooms to the small personal touches that really make a difference. You immediately feel at ease here. Highly recommended if you are looking for a charming place with genuine hospitality. We would definitely love to come back.

Hotel review (not the apartments) For those who will spend most of their time skiing, it can be a budget choice. My room was single room 447. Pros : Very friendly and warm staff I think the management care about customers and improvement The location is good for those who want to go to ski as it is close to the green bus line with minutes of walk. View from my room was good but not fully facing to the mountains and nature. . some organic products in the breakfast. Room service and cleaning service were excellent. Cons : Poor sound isolation between rooms Not my favourite atmosphere and aesthetic (I prefer Scandinavian simple functional stylish and modern ) The indoor air quality inside the room may have an issue with low relative humidity (dry air) Tv remote control was not working Hand Soap was about to finish when I arrived Ventilation system make noise when turning on/off periodically I requested quite room but seems that my request was hard to fulfill. I was hearing my neighbours after 22 until 00 midnight. I told the reception and they told me they will tell them to be more quiet at night. The next night the same thing happened. They were unable to change my room and find quiet room for me. When those guests left things become better.

Very nice service that respected my lactose intolerance problems and found a creative way to make my half board tasty! The room was lovely and clean. Beautiful evening spent by the fireplace in the bar. Wonderful hotel.
