Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort - Relais & Châteaux

We absolutely loved our stay at Lenkerhof over Christmas. The hotel was so beautiful and staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. They have a Christmas program to help celebrate Christmas and make it a bit more special. It is very close to the ski resorts and winter hiking trails so there is lots to do. We travelled with our daughter and they were so welcome to her with kids activities and a Christmas present. Their on site restaurants were innovative and delicious.

About 15 minute walk away from the train station but if you arrange staff will happily pick you up. Lenk ski lift right next to the hotel. Overall a very decent stay, most of the staff were very nice however there was this one woman at the reception who was very rude and passive aggressive. The views from our room were extraordinary. Also if anyone plans on ordering room service the menu they have in the rooms is a small version, if you ask for the full room service menu they’ll bring it. Very worth it has a lot more nice food

You could argue that the hotel is slightly dated in design, but the service was absolute perfection from start to finish. True hospitality without any pretention but with all the attention to detail. The bread at breakfast was a tiny bit disappointing, stale and a bit uninspired - the wonderful view and delicious prepared warm food deserve a better bread offering to go with!
