We stayed for 1 night at the end of January. Exactly what you need, room was bright and clean. The breakfast was lovely and staff all welcoming. we could even rent an adapter for a €20 deposit, which was very useful. The only thing is that our bedroom window did not open, so it got quite stuffy. Although there is A/C it took some time to work and wasn’t as good as fresh Swiss air.

We have stayed at this hotel for our weekend getaway. We booked a toom for two and had a good experience. The room had everything necessary but was still simple enough. Just the way we wanted. The shower was spacious enough and also the beds were okay. The pillows were not the most comfortable ones but it was our mistake not to bring our own medical pillows. The only thing I would like the hotel management to fix is the window handle in room 520. It did not exist when we arrived hence the noise from the streets and the cold air were permanent. Other than that everything else was great. Oh we also liked the self service kiosk with a coffee machine at the lobby.

I’ve been a regular guest at this hotel for over three years due to frequent work trips. I appreciate the very convenient location close to the train station, as well as the clean and comfortable (though simple) rooms. However what really sets this hotel apart for me is the staff. Every staff member I’ve encountered over the years has been very friendly, professional and helpful in all circumstances. If you're reading this, thank you very much!
