Highly recommended place to stay comfortably in Firenze. Spacious with cheeky and geek styling. Beautiful courtyard (covered) for breakfast and lunch. Also laidback greenish outer courtyard for drinks. Excellent breakfast. Yup €5 xtra for an omelet or 2 fried eggs is not necessary but scrambled free. Absolutely you’ll like to go back. Beautiful bar.

I stayed here for three nights. This is definitely one of my most memorable hotel stays thanks to the unique theme of the hotel, attention to detail, and atmosphere. I really enjoyed the comfort and peace of the library downstairs! I also appreciated their creativity in the decorations. I thought the typewriter to leave a message in a bottle was such a unique idea! The rooms were also incredibly well designed. There were lots of plugs in the right places and plenty of space and hangers for storage. The wireless speaker was a lovely touch as were the quality of the toiletries. The hair dryer was also better than I expected—something often overlooked, even in nicer hotels. We stayed in one of the hell themed rooms, my only critique is that the dim lighting made it difficult to do my make up in the mornings. I liked the atmosphere that the dim lighting provided, but a light up magnifying mirror in the toilet would be useful. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it won't be my last. From the amenities (sauna, gym, cinema, library) to the rooms (decor, balcony, peace & quiet), and location (I can be anywhere in under 15 minutes), it's hard to beat this hotel. The decor is also gorgeous, I love that it is an old pawn-broker shop and their in-house restaurant is pretty good also!
