Apartmaji Mausi

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Apartment Mausi — it was truly the highlight of our entire 3-week journey through Europe! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail felt thoughtful and made us feel right at home. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our host, Mausi. He is simply the best! So kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful — he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. Whether it was his local tips, warm hospitality, or the care he put into every aspect of the apartment, Mausi made us feel like more than just guests. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here — book it without hesitation! Apartment Mausi wasn’t just a place to stay, it became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. The apartment we stayed in (Mausi 2) was just perfect. It seemed to be brand-new (I don’t think the cooker had ever been used), well-equipped, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Every detail had been attended to to make it welcoming. It also had WifFi & a large forecourt for parking (parking in the centre of Bovec is difficult to impossible). The location is also perfect: the centre of Bovec is an 8 minute walk away, while in the other direction a Spar supermarket & petrol station is a 2 minute walk. The hosts couldn’t have been more attentive, helpful or kind, & gave us excellent recommendations for activities, especially rafting which was great fun. We had a wonderful stay & were very sad to leave, but we’ll be back!

Very good experience! One of the best hosts I've ever met. Helpful and a bloody kind guy. The apartment is well equipped. The rooms are clean and modern. Furthermore conveniently located (8-10minutes walk from the centre). I highly recommend it.
