The hosts are incredibly kind, caring people. They took us in when our plans fell through and it turned out to be one of the best, most authentic experiences we had on our trip. Accommodations are simple (as you would expect for an isolated mountain pasture beyond cell reception), but clean. The star-filled sky at night, listening to the radio in Albanian with your host as the sun sets behind the mountains, and your hostess’ homemade pickles are unforgettable.

This was a great pit-stop on the way to Dobërdol, probably one of the nicest lunches I had on the peaks of the Balkans trail. The lady there made some really nice spicy tomato soup and home-made bread which was much appreciated. I'd recommend stopping off here as they were really friendly.amd it was at a very fair price.

We stayed there while hiking the Peaks of the Balkans trail. We were extremely well received, and spend a good part of the afternoon there. It offers a very authentic experience on the PoB, where we experienced genuine hospitality as we rarely did. The terrace offers a stunning view on the mountains, providing a scenic panorama when you wake up ! We highly recommend this place.
