Very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views. Rooms are very unique, has an old country feel, but still nice and cozy. Breakfast was decent, everything you really need, and soooo many gluten free snack options. Salt cave and indoor light pool were perfect for a rejuvenating soak and healing the bodies after many days walking many medieval towns. I recommend eating in town for lunch/dinner over the restaurant next door. Staff was very nice and helpful. Don't use the kitchen in your room, it's a 50 euro charge. Also no laundry service , but there is laundromat in town, 8.50 euro for a small load (detergent is added automatically, don't add any) and 4.50 to dry (1 hr 15 min total to wash and dry) .

This hotel has amazing views with a very short walk to town. I loved every second of the views but the service was not great. All of the staff at the front are very very rude except one young gentleman. We rented the "Residence - Bilocale Superior Two Rooms valley side - 50 Sqm" which does not include breakfast and they only give you fresh towels after 6 days - for us at least. I would not recommend this room unless you live in Italy because it truly includes nothing and the kitchen is extremely small and not practical, It's in a wardrobe. My wife tried the breakfast our second day there (just once) because we didn't have a chance to get anything from "coop", the grocery store, yet and they were not friendly about it. I had previously asked in email about the breakfast which is €15/person/day which is way too expensive for the quality of breakfast and when I checked in, they asked if I wanted it which I replied "No". I found out they tried to charge me for the entire stay anyways saying that I was there when I actually never went. They insisted to me that I was lying lol. We were supposed to be there 10 days but a family situation came up so we had to cut our stay short. We left 4 days early and the hotel would not work with us even a little to recover some of the stay. You would think they'd at least credit 1 day back as that's plenty of notice but no. They just said you booked it so now you live with it. They also make you pay the state tax I'm cash which was €40 for my stay. Overall I would say it was an okay stay but I will not be back as the service and staff were not great. The prices are also definitely a bit high for the quality of room you're getting. The residence is literally just two normal rooms that are joined by a connecting door.

My husband and I had an excellent stay here. We enjoyed the views and short walks into town. The thermal spas and pool were very relaxing. We also both got massages and that helped us destress. The breakfast was fantastic. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
