Frith Lodge B&B Accommodation on Pennine Way, Coast to Coast, Herriot Way and Pennine Journey

Had last minute bookings here and was lucky to have got it as this place was brilliant. We made the journey up the track and was greeted by Karen who had a chat with us about the development of the house , great host. Our room was very clean and came with a great shower . Dinner was great , really nice cooking and the dresser was very tasty. It was nice sitting and chatting with other guests. All in all a great experience and will definitely if I walk the Pennine way.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay, it was amazing. We made the journey up the track and was immediately greeted by Neil who was a brilliant host. Our room was lovely, super clean and came with a gorgeous view of the hills. My favourite part of the stay was dining with the other guests. So unique but a fantastic experience and we all had such a laugh, and Karen’s cooking is a delight! Karen came to chat with us at breakfast which was also amazing, and both of them have so much knowledge of the area and recommendations. It was my partners birthday And they put up a lovely banner and candle with breakfast for him, and even sang happy birthday!! I can’t wait to go back!

Have wanted to stay here for years and at last had the opportunity. Unfortunately could only stay for one night. Well worth the walk up the Pennine Way and back via the track and road. This is not just a b&b, it's a mini hotel but it's got something no hotel offers - personal service from the owners Neil and Karen. 5 stars for everything - 10 stars wouldn't be enough. If you haven't been, get there and see for yourself!
