Stayed here gorgeous a week and was vary happy with everything. Hotel is clean , staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Food was typical Austrian 4 course themed meals. My only issue with the food was with the breakfast. The beans, sausages and bacon were either cold or like warm as if they'd forgotten to put the hotplates on. But apart from this I was over all very satisfied with our stay & would stay there again.

What a wonderful hotel with unique architecture and spectacular views of the lake to wake up to every morning. All rooms enjoy unobstructed lake views! Although the hotel’s structure is a 100 years old (as advised by one of the staff), it is extremely well kept, and managed while keeping the country’s traditional design. Thanks for Biljana and Alma for their kind hospitality throughout our stay. Breakfast is tasty with a good assortment to get your day started before hitting the slopes. Will definitely return again!

Nice experience there with nice location and breakfast. They care about the family details only when they suggest activity for family their don’t really focus on the age of the family members so plan your trip with bus numbers before you want to go. Communicate with them via application for room service and other things. Reception not available after 9 pm or 9:30 pm. Over all recommend if you don’t mind use the stairs
