Hotel Palazzo Pacini

The hotel is located in a charming small village. My bedroom was very large with view and well decorated !! The staff is extremely friendly ! They also have a bike storage and a bike pump within the facility. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, family run hotel with a very friendly owner & staff, generous breakfast served on the terrace, very clean with spacious rooms. Centrally located for organizing daily trips to the Tuscany villages. We had an excellent stay!!

We arrived (walking) in the early afternoon, wet, from a 4 hour trek from San Gimignano. The owners were most kind, informing us that our luggage had arrived but our room was not quite ready. They invited us to refreshments downstairs and to wait in the garden while the room was cleaned. Once the room was ready, it was beautiful, large, clean, and cool. While we would have liked the sink to be in an area separate from the bedroom, we understand it is difficult to renovate old palaces - you cannot easily move walls. The hotel organized dinner for us at the top of the city gate, Portanova Hosteria Enoteca, as early as they opened, 7pm. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. One of the others was proudly working hard in the kitchen making sure all guests were well fed and watered. We would gladly stay in this hotel again.
