The worst experience I've had in a long time in my hospitality career... the change of ownership at this place hasn't been good at all for those of us who need to eat here every day. All the food is cold and very meager; we send it back to the kitchen, we hear complaints about the cook (who clearly knows little about the profession), and it comes back cold again... first course, second course raw... back again... raw fish... and even cold coffee... apathy and lack of professionalism... I hope and wish for a change, for the sake of the place and to preserve the memory of the good establishment that was here before.
