Pension Frankhofer

As always, we were looking for a cozy guesthouse on our way to Croatia. A quick Google search led us to Pension Frankhofer, run by Roman. We were greeted by a very welcoming and friendly host. We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay, with its delicious breakfast and 24/7 bar. Everything was spotlessly clean, and no request was too much trouble. If you're looking for a great guesthouse with a fantastic view and a central location close to all the great restaurants for the evening, this is the perfect place.

At Pension Frankhofer, you feel welcome from the moment you arrive! Roman is a friendly host who is always there for his guests with wit and charm, and he also has helpful tips for excursions in the surrounding area. It's no wonder there are many regular guests who return year after year. My room on the second floor was very spacious and had a balcony with a fantastic view of the Goldeck mountain and Lake Millstatt. For breakfast, in addition to fresh bread rolls and a selection of coffees, freshly prepared egg dishes were available upon request. You feel right at home here and will gladly return!

I stayed here during my cycling trip and was able to leave my car parked. I felt completely at ease from the very beginning. Everything is beautifully laid out and an absolute invitation to relax. Very friendly host, great house, and the best view of Lake Millstatt. Highly recommended and my number one choice for my next visit to Carinthia.
