We had a fabulous diner. The locanda is across the church in Verrandi. It is situated in the hills surrounded by their own Tagia olive terrasses and wine yards (Rosesse wine) and also a garden where they grow their own vegetables. The owner was very nice and told us proud about his property and the food. The diner started with antipasti of zucchini: stuffed flowers, torte verde and small pancakes. As primi we had ravioli (spinach and bietolli) with butter and sage and also linguine with porcini. Followed by rabbit ligurian way and tagliani. As dessert a parfait with small merenque pieces served. All made by the parents of the owner🙂 The homemade Grappa was very soft and tastefull. We had the red Rosesse wine (2020), fruity and very tastefull. Satisfied we returned to Collabassa with dome bottles red and white wine and the Rossese grappa.

Lovely romantic place in a medieval village in the midst of olives and grapes. Just the shower could be a bit bigger 😉
