We rented the cottage for two nights, and it's far too expensive for what it is: €400 including taxes with a €200 security deposit. The photos are misleading. The cottage is very small and cold, despite the pellet stove (each bag of pellets costs an extra €7), and the other heaters are electric, one pre-programmed at 18 degrees Celsius and impossible to change, and the other in the bathroom, so it's switched on intermittently. The stairs are incredibly noisy, so if you have children going up and down, it will wake them up. Furthermore, the safety gate is of poor quality, so be careful with it, and even when going down the stairs, be careful. Despite the positive point of allowing dogs, the garden is not fenced, so if you have dogs, you will still need to keep them on a leash. The customer service is catastrophic. We waited in front of the cottage for over 30 minutes, even though we had agreed on a time in advance. The owner didn't even apologize when we arrived. As for the location, parking is incredibly difficult. You have a tiny bit of sidewalk to park on; you're literally at the edge of the road with cars whizzing past you. For the price, the quality, the location, and on top of that, the customer service, this cottage is to be avoided. Be careful what you rent in this area; there are much nicer cottages for similar prices. Don't be fooled. For half the price, it would be worth it, but the customer service is truly awful. Good luck to the future tenant, and I hope more people leave reviews to prevent others from being scammed. Have a good stay elsewhere!

It is indeed small, suitable for a couple with one child. If you want to use the heating, you have to pay extra. A €200 cash deposit is required. It's actually quite expensive for what it is.
