very good restaurant …we will definitely come back

A very cozy restaurant. We ate there with our family on Boxing Day. The service was completely overwhelmed. Drinks weren't brought until we asked for them. The hot chocolate tasted like water, and the Sprite and Coke were just syrup from a dispenser. The appetizers and main courses arrived with gaps of up to 30 minutes, making it impossible for us to eat together as a family. I work in the restaurant industry myself, but this was really unacceptable. We decided to skip the ridiculously overpriced dessert (€12 for some Kaiserschmarrn or a baked apple). All in all, a nice restaurant in a great location, but don't expect too much from the staff or the food.

We went for lunch on the first day of the holiday. We waited an hour for our food, and it was lukewarm. The service was poor and inattentive. In short: That was definitely our last visit.
