Saughy Rigg Farm

We’ve just returned from the most wonderful stay, and I can’t recommend this property enough. From the moment we arrived, Sian, Sean, and Sian’s mum made us feel so welcomed and genuinely cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We were celebrating my mum’s 80th birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special. The home-cooked breakfast and evening meal were absolutely incredible — truly some of the best food we’ve ever had. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We were heading back from our scotland trip and needed a stay for one night at the Hadrian's Wall. And we found this very lovley place basically right next to the wall with an exceptional good breakfast and a lovely and attentive host. Would definitely recommend this wonderful place.

A stop on our Hadrian's Wall walk. We walked to the farm and they kindly drove us to the wall in the morning. Great stay, quiet and homely. We had the best food on all our trip with a fantastic home cooked meal. Room was good and hosts were very nice, couldn't do enough for us. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
