Excellent value for money, very nice rooms. The host is also very friendly. The bus stop (Igls old town hall) is only a 1-minute walk away and Innsbruck is also relatively quick to reach by car.

Hello, yes, it's relatively simple, it's an old villa after all. But still somehow very cozy! The owner is very approachable and friendly! The whole place is a bit dated; but I would still recommend it anytime, as it's super affordable... beautiful location, good city/bus connections! (and shops).
