Dream Hotel

I booked this room through Expedia a year in advance. I am three months out and have realized this hotel is four hours away from where I am actually traveling too. My mistake. I bought the trip insurance through Expedia that way if something happened I could cancel and get a refund. Expedia has reached out to them and they will not refund. So I called to speak with them this morning. Let me tell you the lady that has answered the phone was so very rude. Would not even allow me to speak without interrupting. She wouldn’t even let me explain my situation. They do not do refunds if you book with a site other than their own. I get it, it was my mistake. I honestly was going to try to find a way to get there because the hotel looks so beautiful but now I am going to eat the money I paid because she was one of the rudest persons I have ever talked too. She was hateful, nasty, spoke over me while I was speaking. Not a care in the world. If I were you I would 100% STAY AWAY if you’re expecting good customer service with this hotel. I’m so disappointed in them because this was the hotel I have booked on my trip that I was most excited about and I’m just so disgusted with her phone etiquette.

My husband and I had a wonderful 1 night stay at Dream Hotel while completing the Tour du Monte Rosa. We arrived at 1pm and were pleasantly surprised our room was ready. The room was clean and cozy and just what we needed after hiking from Saas Fee. Daniela is probably the most helpful and friendly proprietress we have come across in our many travels. We cannot say enough good things about Daniela and Dream Hotel.

Worst customer service and arrogant attitude ever. After admitting they made a mistake with the online price and accepting the booking and money, they refused to honor the booking unless we paid an extra €100 for one night!!!! Terrible behavior and also illegal. Avoid this property at all costs!!!! They have no idea about customer service or paying for a clear mistake they made. No attempt at all to find a solution. Disgusting!!!! 😒
