The hotel is dated and needs an update. The sheets were stained, we found hair in the bed, and the pillows were uncomfortable. On the positive side, the lady at the reception was very nice. We arrived late and she stayed just to check us in. The breakfast was ok, lots of options.

Excellent location from which to explore the Transylvania area of the Carpathians. An interesting small city to explore/enjoy and easy access to the mountains and historical sites of the area. Staff was not only professional and efficient, but took the time to find out my interests, and offer up extremely valuable advice that directly led to my experience being exponentially more enjoyable than it would have been.
